Default the capture step

I think to carry a small recorder will be good. So when a thing pops in your head you can record it. But need to make a task to regularly listen to it. And do about them. For all achieve planner users the get focus course is very, very helpful, and it is really a complement for AP, and for the capture step mentioned in “get more done in less time” E-book, when I buy it I think that I hesitated about it but now I thing how I live without it till now.

I've seen some people use a small notebook to serve as a recording device.

Either way, you are right, you need to include the recorder and/or notebook as part of your processing routine or it won't help.

I'm glad you are enjoying the Get Focused course and the Get More Done In Less Time ebook... thanks for mentioning them
